General registration info
You will find an overview of the registration fees in the table below.
The registration fees for the main conference include:
- Admission to the main conference –with attendance options for in-person face to face, or virtual
- Access to the conference app
- All coffee breaks and lunches during the main conference
- Welcome reception on 22nd August
- Access to mini symposia sessions on 25 August (pre-booking will be required).
If you are entitled to a fee waiver (e.g. an Honorary ISCB Member), please, contact contact@iscb2022.info for a code/link to register.
The student rate applies to full time students only and proof of student status will be required after booking.
The reduced rate** is only available for people from low, lower-middle, and upper-middle income countries. Please consult the World Bank's list to check if your country belongs to any of these categories.

Registration process
Confirmation of registration and payment:
You will be able to book and pay for your ticket on a credit card via the Newcastle University WebStore booking system. You will need to create an account to enable you to purchase a ticket. Once you have paid for your ticket you will receive an automatic email confirmation that the registration has been received. If you have any difficulties, please contact us at contact@iscb2022.info.
Those registering with the non-member rate will become members of the Society until 31 December 2022. This also applies to non-members whose fee is waived.
All payments are to be made in £ GBP Pounds Sterling.
Payment by bank transfer is no longer possible
Carers Ticket
For any delegates who need to be accompanied by a carer or someone to assist with childcare please contact us contact@iscb2022.info to discuss.
Cancellation policy:
ISCB 2022 Conference Office (contact@iscb2022.info) must be notified in writing of cancellations of registration:
- Until May 1, 2022: registration payment will be refunded;
- From May 2 to 31, 2022: 50% of the registration payment will be refunded;
- From June 1, 2022 onwards: no refunds will be made. Please note that you will have access to the virtual platform to attend online if this becomes necessary for you at any time.
